Shipping Methods
All shipments are securely packaged and sent via USPS Registered Mail or armored carrier, depending on the value and destination. Signature is always required upon delivery.
Discreet Packaging
Packages bear no identifying marks, logos, or descriptions of contents. Return addresses use a generic business name. Discretion is paramount.
Delivery Timelines
Most orders ship within 3–7 business days of confirmed payment. USPS Registered Mail typically delivers within 5–10 business days. Armored carrier deliveries are scheduled directly with the client.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of precious metals markets, all sales are final once pricing is locked and payment is confirmed. Defective or incorrectly shipped items will be replaced at our cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there is a discrepancy.
