Services Description
Intervault Trading provides private precious metals acquisition, consultation, and vault custody services. All transactions are conducted on a principal basis. We are not a financial advisor, and our services do not constitute investment advice.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change based on market conditions. Pricing is locked at the time of verbal confirmation. Payment is accepted via bank wire, ACH, cashier's check, or cryptocurrency. Full payment must be received before metals are shipped or placed into vault custody.
Limitation of Liability
Intervault Trading shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific transaction in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
